Update reunion bylaws

This is an important committee, which will be responsible for making recommendation to the Planning Committee for Entertainment during the reunion.  DJ, Game night, bowling, amusement park discounts, etc

This committee will be used to engage our young family members, to understand how to best meet their needs during the reunion and throughout the year.

We have a lot of Military Veterans and current enlisted family members in the family.  What better way to stay engaged and support each other.
